Combine Winners
1. S Nick Emmanwori, South Carolina
2. DE/DT Shemar Stewart, Texas A&M
3. QB Jaxson Dart, Ole Miss
4. RB Omarion Hampton, North Carolina
5. T Armand Membou, Missouri
Emmanwori is the biggest winner of the draft impressing scouts with his speed, physique, and measurements (6’3 220lbs 4.38) making him the clear cut #1 Safety. He was viewed as a high 2nd round pick, fringe 1st round pick, but will certainly go mid-1st round at the latest. Stewart was a prospect who scouts already liked off potential despite the lack of production but running a 4.59 at 6’5 267lbs showing good movement, he should go from late first to the middle of the round; personally, I wouldn’t trust him. Dart was able to take advantage with Ward and Sanders electing not to throw, so he put on a show following up the good impression he made at the Senior Bowl showing up at 6’2 223lbs; he should be the clear #3 QB. Hampton showed up just under 6’0 and 221lbs while running a 4.48, making him the clear #2 RB with most not having the measurements. Membou was viewed as one of the top Guards in the draft despite playing Tackle, but he showed up 6’4 332lbs with long arms and a long wingspan, so he will be playing Tackle with potential to move into the top 10.

Combine Losers
1. QB Will Howard, Ohio State
2. WR Tez Johnson, Oregon
3. TE Gunnar Helm, Texas
4. CB Will Johnson, Michigan
5. DT Mason Graham, Michigan
Howard is going down as one of the players to have the worst Combine in NFL history displaying very poor accuracy and footwork, despite coming off the National Championship. He was already viewed as a low pick maybe 5th round with hopes of moving up, but he’s going way later now. Johnson was a productive college WR with close ties to QB Bo Nix (Broncos) his former teammate, but showing up at 154lbs with very slow numbers, he’s looking like a very late pick to undrafted. Helm was a player I thought might be able to impress, as I saw him as a possible mismatch at the position, but he showed up smaller than his listed 250lbs at 241lbs and injured his self during the 40-yard dash only to run it again and put up a bad time. Johnson is viewed as the #2 best CB behind Travis Hunter but showing up with a bad vertical jump coming off a college injury and measuring with very short arms, the Patrick Surtain (Broncos) comps should be done, and he may go in the 10-15 range now. Graham is viewed as the consensus #1 DT, but he showed up with short arms as expected and smaller than his listed 320lbs at 296lbs which didn’t help, he should slip out of the top 5.
