QB’s
1. Sheduer Sanders, Colorado
2. Cam Ward, Miami
3. Jalen Milroe, Alabama
4. Jaxson Dart, Ole Miss
5. Kyle McCord, Syracuse
Sanders & Ward are the consensus 1A/1B, Sanders comes with the leadership and accuracy, while Ward has the arm strength and mobility. Milroe is a pure athlete, who might have left a year too early, but has high potential. Dart can make all the throws but doesn’t have top level mobility or arm strength. McCord has starter tools and should make at least a good backup.

RB’s
1. Ashton Jeanty, Boise State
2. Kaleb Johnson, Iowa
3. Omarion Hampton, UNC
4. TreVeyon Henderson, Ohio State
5. Dylan Sampson, Tennessee
Jeanty is the clear-cut front runner as a clear 3 down workhorse talent, despite the size. Johnson is ranked lower on most lists, but complete back in my opinion as the clear go to guy at Iowa. Hampton is a physical back with three down potential and an aggressive running style but needs to improve his blocking. Henderson is a talented three down back who can do everything, but injuries are a big concern so his snaps may need to be limited. Sampson is another physical back who will not go down at first contact but needs to improve his pass blocking and receiving.
